From Root to Cup

1. Measure

We recommend 1-2 teaspoons of loose leaf per cup. Precision leads to perfection.

2. Temperature

Boiling isn't always best. Use 90°C for roots and 80°C for delicate floral petals.

3. Steep

Don't rush the process. Most herbs need 5-7 minutes to fully release their essence.
